Terroir:
Located on the ancient terroir of Fréjus between the Massif des Maures and the Esterel, south facing lands from ancient alluvial deposits represented by marine pliocene composed of fine sands and clays.
Grapes:
70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon make this wine.
The vineyard :

Vinification:

Tasting notes:
Deep ruby ​​color. Nose of black fruits with slightly spicy characters, coffee and vegetal tip. Good attack, mouth sweet, pleasant, soft tannins and spicy finish.

A tasty wine to enjoy with marengo veal, grilled meat or roast poultry.
